Salonza provides technical tools for studios to present their services and manage online appointment requests. The actual service contract is between the customer and the respective studio.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, services, prices, opening hours, images and contact details.
Appointment requests may be confirmed automatically or manually depending on the studio settings. Customers should contact the studio directly if they need changes or cancellation.
Paid plans are currently activated manually after payment confirmation. Prices, duration and available features are shown on the upgrade page.
We try to keep Salonza available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Users may not upload illegal, misleading, offensive or third-party infringing content.
